How to Apply

After clicking the link below, you will be redirected to a log-in page. Using your institutional UCA and Password, you can log into the housing application. Your UCA needs to be entered in a specific manner: UCA@students (example: ffalcon2@students). Follow with your password. To begin, click on "Housing Application" in the top left corner. Web Browsers other than Internet Explorer are best for this application. Who Needs to Apply?

Fairmont State University requires four consecutive semesters of on-campus living for most students.  If your plans to attend have changed, you can cancel your housing application any time before May 31st in order to have your deposit refunded. We recommend that you apply as soon as possible. Check the list below to see if you should apply:

Beginning college can be a big transition, and we want to make it as smooth as we can.  If you are attending Fairmont State University, we recommend that you complete your housing application as soon as possible. The sooner your application is complete, the sooner you can choose the perfect room for you!  We understand that circumstances may change, so we allow you to cancel or change your application until May 31st with no penalty! The menu to the left contains all of the information you need for the application process, contact our office by phone or e-mail if you would like more information or to discuss your options.
